Parkland sits toward the far end of our Broward coverage, further out than most of the cities we reach, but that distance does not make it a secondary priority. It has a standing spot on our route, scheduled the same as any closer city.
The city and regional utility serve every address in Parkland, and a private well is not something we plan around here, unlike some of the older, more rural pockets further inland.
Parkland leans heavily toward newer, gated golf-course communities more than most cities on our list, and a gate code or a call ahead to a community office is often the first thing dispatch needs before a technician can even reach the driveway.
Because of how far north Parkland sits, we build the extra drive time into the schedule up front rather than treat it as a surprise, and a City of Parkland permit still gets filed the same way it would for any closer job.
