Terms of Service

The short version of what happens on each side once you reach out through this site.

This website is a starting point, not a booking

Browsing this site and filling out the form is how a conversation with dispatch begins. Nothing submitted here locks in a technician or a specific time. A visit only goes on the calendar after someone from dispatch has spoken with you and confirmed the details, either on a call back or through a follow-up message.

Pricing gets set on the job, not on the page

A number given by phone or during the initial look at a job reflects what can be seen at that point. Sometimes a job turns out to involve more than expected, a hidden section of wall, an unexpected fitting, a line that needs scoping before it can be repaired. When that happens, you hear about it before any additional work begins. Nothing published here sets a rate in advance, since one figure could never fairly describe every kind of call this operation handles.

The blog is background, not a repair manual

Anything written on the guides section of this site is meant to help a homeowner understand a problem, not replace a technician standing in the room with you. Use it to ask better questions, not to attempt a fix that should go to a professional. Nobody should rely on an article here in place of an actual visit.

These terms can change

As the business or this site evolves, this page may get updated to match. Check back if it has been a while since you last read it; there is no separate notice sent out when it changes.
