The contact form on this site collects a few basics: how to reach you (a phone number, and an email if you choose to add one), which city the job is in, roughly what kind of issue is going on, and whatever extra notes you decide to include. Some routine technical information rides along too, like what kind of device or browser sent the request and which page it came from.

Financial or identity information has no reason to ever touch this form, a card number, a bank routing number, a social security number, and none of it should be typed in under any circumstance.

A submission has exactly one destination: someone on our team who follows up about the job you described. Your details are not handed to marketing lists outside this operation, and they do not get used for a purpose beyond the one you submitted them for without checking with you first.

The connection carrying your submission is encrypted, and only the people involved in scheduling and dispatch can open it once it arrives. Two invisible checks also run before anything sends: one watches for a field that only automated software would ever fill in, and the other looks at how quickly the form was completed. Both exist to filter out spam, not to track a real visitor.

Reach out through the contact page if you would like to know what is on file under your name, or if you would like it cleared. The one exception is anything required to be kept for a completed job.
