Read this once and you will know exactly what happens to whatever you type into the form on this site.
What actually gets typed into the form
The contact form on this site collects a few basics: your name, how to reach you (a phone number, and an email if you choose to add one), which city the job is in, roughly what kind of issue is going on, and whatever extra notes you decide to include. Some routine technical information rides along too, like what kind of device or browser sent the request and which page it came from.
Financial or identity information has no reason to ever touch this form, a card number, a bank routing number, a social security number, and none of it should be typed in under any circumstance.
Analytics, cookies and technical data
This website uses Google Analytics, a measurement service of Google LLC. It records the pages you view and how you use them, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and the type of device and browser you use, and it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. We use this to count visits and improve the website. This information is not sold. Learn how Google uses this data, and your choices, at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
When you send a form, Google Analytics can also detect the email address, phone number and street address you typed and send them to Google in hashed form (turned into a code that does not show the original text), so that Google can measure which visits lead to a request.
This website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a measurement service by Cloudflare, Inc. that counts page views and loading times without cookies and without following you across other websites.
This website counts a few anonymous interactions, such as taps on the phone number, clicks on buttons and starting or sending a form, together with the page where they happen. Our website platform, LunOS, keeps these counts without cookies and without your name, phone number or email, and they are used only to understand which pages help visitors reach us.
If you reach this website from an online ad, the page address can include an ad click identifier (such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid). When you send a form, that identifier is sent with it so we can tell which ads bring requests. It does not identify you by name.
To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check by Cloudflare, Inc. that reads technical information about your browser and device. It does not use advertising cookies.
Where it goes and why
Except as described in the analytics section above, a submission has exactly one destination: someone on our team who follows up about the job you described. Your details are not handed to marketing lists outside this operation, and, beyond that same exception, they do not get used for a purpose beyond the one you submitted them for without checking with you first.
How a submission stays protected
The connection carrying your submission is encrypted, and only the people involved in scheduling and dispatch can open it once it arrives. An invisible check also runs before anything sends: it watches for a field that only automated software would ever fill in. It exists to filter out spam, not to track a real visitor.
If you want to see or clear your record
Reach out through the contact page if you would like to know what is on file under your name, or if you would like it cleared. The one exception is anything required to be kept for a completed job.
Text messages (SMS)
When you check the SMS consent box on a form on this website, Cooper City Emergency Plumbing SFL uses the mobile number you give us to send you the text messages you agreed to receive: replies to service requests and appointment reminders.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
